Nicole's Life Soundtrack

1. Beast of Burden by the Rolling Stones was one of my favorite songs when I was a little girl, still is. My dad and I would dance and sing around the house with remotes and hair brushes for microphones and pretend to play the guitar. It was kind of like our father daughter bonding time. I will always think of those times when I hear Beast of Burden. (Love & Miss You Dad, RIP)

2. Growing up I could always relate to Turn the Page by Bob Seger because it talked about being alone and how tomorrow is just another day.

3. Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd is a song that reminds me of an old friend that was very close to me. The title says it all.

4. Fortunate Son by Credence Clearwater Revival is kind of like my rebellion song. When I feel like doing what I want and raising a little hell, I always crank up Fortunate Son and just have a good time. Gotta love CCR :)

5. It's Your Love by Tim McGraw is mine and my boyfriend's song. No matter how bad we'd been fighting, this song always helped. After being together for almost three years now this song still brings us closer.

6. Boondocks by Little Big Town is the Trio's (Caressa, Alyshia, & I) party song. No matter where we are or what we're doing, we sing this song like there's no tomorrow. Good times, good times. Yeehaw!

7. Wild Horses by The Rolling Stones is the song my dad use to sing to me. The words in this song are so deep and so true. I'll love this song forever.

8. Serenity by Godsmack was one of the songs I use to relax to. When I had bad, stressful day or I was just angry about something this song always put me at ease. The music and lyrics are so soothing, sometimes I'd just fall asleep.
